I specialize in anti-racist education, student rapport coaching for educators, and empowerment consulting for individuals.
Rachel Sadler is currently the Director of Middle School Program for a non-profit that focuseson decreasing the achievement gap in education by providing wrap around services to vulnerable student populations. Prior to her current position, she was a middle school Language Arts teacher working with students in Norfolk, VA, Virginia Beach, VA, and Tampa, FL. In 2019, she received a Master of Arts in Lifespan & Digital Communication and a Women’s Studies Certificate from Old Dominion University, focusing her work on the ways in which racist and coded language impact minority adolescents in the public-school system. She has spoken at several conferences on the topics of colorism within the Black community, media representations of Black victims, racism in women’s athletics, and how to develop an antiracist classroom. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and completed alternative licensure to become a Middle School Language Arts teacher in 2010.

OUTSIDE OF WORK:
Rachel is trained in over 10 years of Muay Thai and has won competitions across the East Coast. She is a WKKO United States Champion, WKA Silver Medalist, and even participated in and achieved 2 nd in her weight class at the RAW World’s Powerlifting Competition. She has taught Muay Thai kids classes and Women’s Self Defense Seminars.
