Anti-Racism Educator • Student Rapport Specialist • Empowerment Coach

Rachel Sadler
As a former middle school teacher with over ten-years of experience, I have seen firsthand the inequities that exist in our public school classrooms. Working with at-risk students in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, VA as well as Tampa, FL, I have worked to create safe, exciting learning environments for my students. Harnessing the power of positive relationships and intentional anti-racism practices, my classrooms were spaces where students wanted to learn and felt safe to do so.
